Travertine Pool Deck Remodel in Tampa, FL

This Tampa pool deck remodel started with a full chip-out of the existing reddish terracotta concrete surface. Once the old deck was removed, we prepped the base and laid a new natural travertine tile decking in a French pattern layout for a clean, modern, cool-to-the-touch finish.

What we did

• Complete chip-out and removal of the old concrete deck
• New travertine tile decking laid in a French pattern
• Cobalt blue glass mosaic waterline tile
• Refreshed dark aggregate pool interior finish
• Linear deck drainage and a flush-mounted access panel

The result

The new travertine surface completely transforms the lanai, brightening the space and giving the pool a crisp, resort-style edge. The cobalt blue glass mosaic waterline tile ties the pool interior to the fresh stone deck for a cohesive, high-end look.
